I’m sad. I had to return my rented lenses today. It’s always a bit of a disappointment but it inspires me to get that “last shot” before the box heads out to UPS. I was ready to put the box out today when I saw that there were new tulips planted on the balcony at my work. It was drizzling a little which made the perfect chance for a macro shot of the tulips. I stepped out into the rain and wind (with the lens hood on!!) and got a few final shots.  I loved this one so much I actually made it my screen saver. I found the colors to be so striking and vibrant.

Happy Wednesday!
