Photo blog day 260, April 29, 2011

I noticed that there is very little traffic on my blog today. I imagine it’s because everyone is out doing the same thing I was. Well, ok, maybe not everyone is out making bubbles but I bet a good portion were at least out enjoying the abundant sunshine and warmth that came to visit today. It was spectacular this morning. What’s a mom to do but pack and bag of snacks, a trunk of bikes and some bubbles and haul ass to the nearest park. So that’s what we did. And we enjoyed every. single. minute. Now we’ve returned home. Fingers and faces sticky from fruit snacks and oranges. Hair mussed up from driving with the windows down, and toes dirty from walking through the park in flip-flops. This my friends, is what life is about.

  1. Love it. I love how you can see the soapy colors in the bubbles! I also really like the composition of this shot. Neat! 😀
